Dunnellon Regulations Promoiting Open Space and Habitat Protection

Updates regulations regarding subdivisions in order to: provide flexibility in design, protect conservation resources, and achieve more efficient land use. The goals include avoiding/minimizing habitat impacts, preserving open space, maintaining water quality and recharge, preserving rural character, and promoting alternative transportation (walking/biking) through clustering. Establishes onsite stormwater retention and infiltration requirements and/or impervious surface maximums and pervious surface minimums.
