Edmond Stormwater Drainage Fund

The City of Edmond Code of Ordinances § 23.10.040 states that a special fund or funds shall be maintained for the purpose of identifying and controlling all revenues and expenses attributable to stormwater drainage management services. All loans, grants, or funds received for the administration, operation, construction, and improvement of stormwater drainage management services shall be deposited in such fund or funds. In addition, all funds received from the Stormwater Drainage System Service Charge and funds received by virtue of the establishment of Drainage Assessment Districts shall be deposited in such fund or funds.
