Erie Stormwater Fee

User fees are imposed upon all developed lots, parcels of land, buildings or portions thereof that are connected with, use, are serviced by or are benefited by the City of Erie’s stormwater management system. Fees go towards operation, maintenance, repair, replacement, and improvement of the stormwater system. Fees are imposed on a tiered system based on impervious area. Different fees are applied to residential and non-residential properties.

Property owners may obtain stormwater credits for installing stormwater management structures, to reduce their stormwater fee – details are outlined at https://cityof.erie.pa.us/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Erie-Credit-and-Appeals-Manual_Final_Fillable_10-22-2022.pdf.
