Establishment of Administrative Fees for the City of Alamogordo

This rule designates the administrative fees for a variety of projects within the City of Alamogordo. For example: (x) To request the installation of solar panels, the applicant will pay a non-refundable fee, based upon whether installation is on the ground or on the roof of the structure in question, to cover the costs of validating code and zoning compliance, administration, and other expenses.
