Establishment of Landscaping Standards for Hobbs

This rule establishes Landscaping Standards for the City of Hobbs. The standards note that in “new parking lots with more than one hundred (100) spaces, it is strongly recommended but not required that trees be planted every twenty (20) spaces to allow for shade and visual relief.”
