Establishment of Tree Advisory Board for the City of Carlsbad

This rule establishes a Tree Advisory Board for the City of Carlsbad. Subject to the approval of the city council, the board shall make recommendations to the city council regarding the care, preservation, pruning, planting, replanting, removal or disposition of trees and shrubs along streets and in other public areas.
