Eugene Code to Establish Solar Lots

This rule establishes requirements for subdivisions within certain zones in Eugene, wherein at least 70% of the lots in a subdivision must be designed as “solar lots” and need to meet certain standards. In addition, solar setback standards apply to all structures in the applicable zones that are 4,000 ft2 or greater.
