Farmington Requirements for Planned Development District Standards

This rule establishes the standards within a planned development district. This includes: B(1). A reduction in the required usable open space requirement may be granted, up to a maximum of three percent subject to (c) up to one percent reduction if 70 percent of the open space is usable and incorporates the use and protection of outstanding natural topography and geological features, or incorporates the use and protection of significant natural drainage elements; C. Mature trees, vegetative cover, watercourses, and other natural site features must be preserved to the maximum extent feasible.
