Fayetteville Street Tree Planting Standards

This rule establishes the planting standards for street trees. The rule provides specific requirements pertaining to various kinds of development, and broadly establishes that “[a]ll new developments that create or develop along a public or private street shall be required to establish street trees in accordance with the standards and procedures provided for in this section.”
