Fremont Development Standards for Open Space Districts

This ordinance establishes that developments in Fremont Open Space zones must be consistent with the following standards: no more than 15% of a property can be paved or otherwise impervious; natural vegetation must be maintained; new vegetation must be installed to control erosion; paths and trails must connect to public connectors; and wetlands cannot be converted.
