Fremont Low Impact Development Requirements

This Fremont ordinance on stormwater regulation establishes that developments must design stormwater treatment measures to meet NPDES standards and design permeable pavement areas to the standards of the C3 Technical Guidance Manual and the SCP guide manual. Projects can provide alternate compliance by treating a portion of the project’s runoff with low impact development measures at an off-site project in the same watershed.
