Fremont Ordinance Encouraging Permeable Pavements in Flag Lots

This Fremont ordinance establishes that driveways, paved areas, and other impermeable surfaces shall be minimized to the extent feasible in the construct of flag lots. Permeable pavers are highly encouraged to reduce impermeable surfaces.
