Greater Cheyenne MSA Priority Climate Action Plan

The EPA provided funding to produce a Priority Climate Action Plan for the Cheyenne Metropolitan Statistical Area. The plan, published in March 2024, provides a GHG emissions inventory, projections, and reduction targets; a benefits analysis, including for low-income and disadvantaged communities, and workforce planning analysis.
