Green Bay Stormwater Utility Code

Green Bay’s code establishes a Storm Water Utility to counteract the increases in impervious surfaces and stormwater runoff. The utility is empowered to set “such rates and charges as are necessary to finance planning, design construction, maintenance and operation of” stormwater facilities.
