Greenville Stormwater Fee Credits for Alternative Paving and GSI

Property owners can receive a credit against their stormwater fee (up to 70%) for installing infrastructure that reduces the quantity of runoff or the water quality of runoff. Included as acceptable measures are natural infiltration, alternative paving surfaces, and bio-filters.
