Henderson Permeable Paving Permitted for Required Open Space in Commercial or Mixed-Use Zoning Developments

Development Code Sec. 19.10.10(E) requires that the open spaces required in commercial or mixed-use zoning district developments reduce the amount of hard pavement that retains heat and instead use high-quality plant and hardscape materials such as bricks, stone, concrete, permeable paving, or tile.
