Henderson Tree Planting and Landscaping Requirements in Parking Lots

Development Code § 19.11.6 provides tree and shrub requirements for landscaping in parking lots according to type or style and shape of landscaping feature. Natural turf is not allowed and all plant units must comply with the Arizona Nursery Association and the SNWA Water Smart Landscapes Program Plant List.
