Hialeah Paving and drainage standards for parking

This rule establishes paving and drainage standards for parking: (a)Off-street parking areas, including loading and circulation areas, shall be paved and maintained in accordance with the provisions of the Miami-Dade County Public Works Manual and related standards.(b)Such areas shall be constructed and maintained to prevent runoff onto abutting properties and rights-of-way. Stormwater runoff shall be contained within the site by means of drainage structures or facilities.
