High Point Public Tree Protection Standards

It is a violation of this ordinance to remove, prune, plant, damage, or top a tree on City-owned or controlled land without prior authorization. Includes guidelines for standards managed by Urban Forestry Committee. Must have a written tree protection plan during construction. City-owned land only.
