Honolulu BMP to Use Pervious Materials

Honolulu’s Stormwater Best Management Practices Guide recommends using pervious materials like turf blocks, crushed stone, and pervious concrete to reduce runoff by allowing water to infiltrate, thereby decreasing the need for stormwater treatment.
