Hueytown Tree Commission

The tree commission advises the mayor and city council on tree planting programs, including tree types for public spaces, and provides information on tree protection, maintenance, removal, and planting. It assists in developing a master street plan by recommending tree species, identifies unwanted or hazardous trees for removal, and conducts studies to make informed recommendations on tree-related matters in the city.
