Irvine Parking Lot Landscaping Standards Ordinance

This Irvine zoning ordinance establishes parking area landscape requirements. Trees must be strategically placed to achieve either one tree per four uncovered parking spaces or 30% canopy coverage within 15 years. Additionally, parking lots must be screened from surrounding properties, and pedestrian access to building entrances must be direct and unobstructed by landscaping.
