§ 345-41 Neighborhood Housing District, Section 10 Additional Coverage Standards states the following required performative roof ratio: When building coverage exceeds 65%, a green roof system, solar panel system, or combination thereof is required onsite equal to at least 10% of the lot area. Green roof trays and other similar green roof systems are acceptable.
