Smart Surface strategies incorporated throughout the plan include infiltration unites, native basin plantings, rain gardens, bioswales, pervious surfacing and more. The plans also touch on existing actions, such as transforming parks to improve flood resilience, green infrastructure zoning changes, as well as a master plan update.
