Jersey City Shade Tree Parking Standards

§ 345-66 Landscaping states that outdoor parking lots with ten or more spaces not less than five percent of the parking area shall be suitably landscaped and maintained with trees. At least one shade tree is required to be planted for every ten parking spaces.
