Jonesboro Protections for Natural Drainage Systems

This rule establishes that no person, firm, corporation or business shall: (1) Alter or modify any open channel, drainage swale, detention facility, storm sewer, or other watercourse either natural or artificial where any of said facility is part of the city stormwater management system, without first submitting construction plans and supporting documentation to the city engineer for review and being issued a compliance letter.
