Jonesboro Standards for Cottage Housing Developments 

This rule establishes guidance for the Downtown Rogers Development Code that seeks to guide redevelopment in the Downtown Rogers area by building on the success of the historic core to implement the vision for a more walkable, vibrant, mixed use neighborhood.
