Juneau Encouragement of Development that Reduces Net Energy Consumption or Peak Electrical Demand-Reduction

This rule states that development which reduces the consumption of energy and or reduces peak demand is encouraged. This is applicable to developments which use methods or technologies in excess of building code requirements to reduce net energy consumption or peak electrical demand
