Kentucky agencies are subject to the Kentucky Model Procurement Code. Section 45A.351 calls for maximizing the use of energy efficiency measures in the construction, renovation, and maintenance of buildings owned by local public agencies. Section 45A.352 allows local public agencies to enter into a guaranteed energy savings contract.
