Knoxville Stormwater Management Ordinance

This Knoxville ordinance requires stormwater management plans for all developments, except single-family homes, small commercial projects, or activities that don’t alter drainage channels. Exempt developments must still implement erosion control measures, follow building codes, and are subject to director review for compliance with stormwater regulations.
