Knoxville Urban Agriculture Ordinance

In 2015, the Knoxville City Council approved amendments to the city code that removed potential barriers to food production on private property and made community gardening acceptable in all zones. These amendments allow for additional, productive uses of otherwise unused or vacant properties.
