Lakewood Zoning Provisions for Solar Gardens

Lakewood’s zoning ordinance allows for solar gardens within several zoning types in the city, including most mixed use, commercial, and light industrial zones. Solar panels are limited to 20 feet in height and must comply with specified setbacks. Solar gardens are also exempted from open space requirements in all zoning districts.
