Lansing Zoning Code Landscaping Plan Requirement

Chapter 1252 of Lansing’s zoning code requires a landscaping plan to be filed with the site plan for new structures and modifications to existing structures. The ordinance gives the city input into which trees should be preserved, and includes a minimum number of trees per square foot of certain developments.
