Las Cruces Landscape Requirements for City Owned Property or Property Dedicated to the City

This rule establishes that all owners who dedicate land to the city and who choose to include landscape improvements in addition to the mandatory requirement, such as medians, subdivision entrances, drainageways and rights-of-way, shall submit plans for planting and irrigation for the approval of the community development and facilities departments, affected utilities and the state highway department, if appropriate, prior to construction
