Within the City’s Design Standards, this rule requires that (c) Any existing trees located within the clear sight triangle will be allowed to remain if all branches are trimmed to a height of eight feet above the point where the pavement meets the edge of the gutter pan on the street immediately adjacent to the tree(s) in question.
