Las Vegas Impact Development Measures

Las Vegas Municipal Code § 20.08.445 requires that non-residential developments and redevelopments greater than one acre must use low impact development techniques to mitigate the impacts of surface water resources. The Drainage Design Manual and the Stormwater Management Plan in effect for the Las Vegas Valley provides the low-impact measures to be undertaken. Nonresidential developments and redevelopments smaller than one acre are encouraged to use low-impact development measures.
