Las Vegas Tree Planting Requirements for Neighborhood Zones

Las Vegas Unified Development Code § 19.09.050.E.040 requires planting infill or replacement street trees in T3 Neighborhood Zones, which have detached homes on small-to-medium sized lots. With the addition, renovation or new building of between 1,000-2,499 sq feet, 2 trees are required to be planted. With the addition, renovation or new building of more than 2,500 sq feet, 4 trees are required to be planted.
