Leeds Low Impact Development Encouragement

Planned Community Developments (PCDs) are encouraged to integrate Low Impact Development (LID) and Green Infrastructure for stormwater management. Practices include landscaped islands for stormwater infiltration in parking areas, perimeter plantings, and stormwater features designed to enhance connectivity and sustainability.
