Leeds Stormwater Best Management Practices Requirements

Land-disturbing activities require a permit or Alabama Department of Environmental Management authorization, including an NPDES permit and Best Management Plan (BMP) plan. Required BMPs include downslope erosion controls, stream protection, and slope stabilization.
