Lenexa Guidelines for Solar Energy Systems

This rule establishes guidelines for Solar Energy Systems for the City of Lenexa. Among other provisions, the rule provides that “solar energy systems may be placed in the side or rear yards of any lot; provided, that the required setback distances are observed.”
