Lincoln Definition of Pervious Parking Surfaces

The City of Lincoln defines pervious parking surfaces as materials that allow stormwater to infiltrate the underlying soil, reducing runoff and pollution. These surfaces, such as pervious concrete, pervious concrete pavers, and pervious grass pavers, capture rainwater and promote groundwater recharge.
