Lincoln Stormwater Best Management Practices

This ordinance requires land development projects to incorporate Structural Best Management Practices (BMPs) to detain the 80th percentile rainfall event and redevelopment projects to detain the 70th percentile event. Compliance is guided by the Drainage Criteria Manual, with alternative methods subject to approval. These measures aim to control stormwater runoff, improve water quality, and reduce flooding impacts.
