Little Rock Best Practices for Stormwater Management and Drainage

This rule establishes the best practices for stormwater and drainage in the city of Little Rock. The rule specifically provides that developers have an ongoing responsibility to maintain “all approved stormwater runoff management facilities,” and that “[s]uch responsibility is to be transmitted to subsequent owners through appropriate covenants.”
