Little Rock Criteria for New Construction and Additions to Existing Structures

In order to be compatible with the historic nature of the neighborhood, new construction and additions to existing structures shall comply with a set of established rules including: (j)Mechanical service equipment (including, but not limited to, air conditioner condensing units, transformers, solar collectors, satellite dishes, etc.) shall be located in the rear yards or on a rear-facing roof.
