Littleton Density Bonuses for Meeting Sustainable Building Design Standards

Littleton’s Unified Land Use Code allows development in all districts to access density, height, lot coverage, and other incentives for adopting practices from a prescribed menu of sustainability incentives. These optional incentives include, for example, use of cool roofs, solar-ready roof construction, prioritizing planting trees on the south and west sides of buildings, and exceeding otherwise-applicable tree canopy requirements.
