Littleton Stormwater Utility Rules

The City of Littleton has created a stormwater and flood management utility that is authorized to collect a stormwater fee from the owner of each parcel of land in the city. The amount of the fee is set annually by city council resolution. The city’s code further makes it unlawful for “any owner of commercial, industrial, public, church or school property to fail to notify the city manager” when their property has been modified in a way that creates additional impervious surface.
