Long Beach Ordinance Establishing Landscape Standards for Public Right-of-Way

This Long Beach ordinance establishes that owners of private property adjoining public right-of-way are responsible for planting and maintaining landscaping in the area between the curb and the private property line. One large canopy street tree must be planted every 25 feet. Permeable pavers and groundcovers are allowed in the parkway but may not cover more than half the parkway area.
