Longview Tree Preservation Standards

The standard provides, among other requirements, that no permit will be issued unless for a project, unless no more than fifty (50) percent of Protected Trees on the subject property will be removed; or the subject property will retain a minimum average of twenty (20) Protected Trees per acre, or if the subject property has less than an average of twenty (20) Protected Trees per acre, then no Protected Trees will be removed.
