Louisville Cool Roof Incentive Program

The Louisville Office of Sustainability provides incentives to property owners of $1 per square foot of cool roof installed, with the goal of incentivizing at least 100,000 square feet of cool roofs. Buildings in high heat island areas are prioritized.
