Loveland Stormwater Permitting

Under the city’s stormwater quality rules projects that result in land disturbance of a half acre or more (either individually as or as part of a project) must obtain a stormwater quality permit. See § 13.20.060. The rules further provide that the city council will establish the fees and charges needed to implement the city’s stormwater rules, and that landowners are responsible for long-term maintenance of best management practices, including green infrastructure, that are used to meet these requirements. § 13.20.110.
